Today’s post is all about body-con dresses with Nordstrom. Nordstrom is currently having their half-yearly sale! Although this dress is not on sale, all the accessories that I’m wearing with this look are!
Body-con dresses are never out of style. Body-cons makes every women look sexy. These dresses are definitely for women who want to show off their curves, and who doesn’t love that? I would practically live in body-cons for the rest of my life, that’s how much I love this style! I found the perfect body-con dress that you can wear to work or just keep it casual with sneakers. This dress is so versatile that I can’t get over it. This dress is my idea of a body-con dress – simple and casual!
BODY-CONS
I cannot tell you enough about how comfortable this dress is! It’s by far the most comfortable dress in my closet and I pack this one for every trip (Yes, I love repeating my dresses! I just style it differently each time.) This dress is from one of my fave retail store, Nordstrom. There’s something about the quality of dresses from Nordstrom that makes me go back to them every time, although their dresses are a little pricey. But, hey! who said comfort comes cheap?! I always choose comfortable dresses and all the dresses that I link on my blog are dresses that I own.
The ruching on this dress perfectly covers my problem areas! I do NOT have a killer bikini-bod! Yes, that’s perfectly normal. I exercise, I eat healthy, and I love my body! I always push myself to workout, because I have a desk job and my body needs some exercise. It’s my dream to tone up and get a killer bikini-bod, but let’s get real, who has the time for all that? I have a full-time job and a husband to take care of! 
It’s important to keep yourself healthy, and exercise. But, it’s also important to keep yourself grounded and not get trapped into this unrealistic image created on social-media. I see young girls longing for a killer-bod and wonder if this is what we want for our future?! On the other hand, I see women who are unaware of their terrible eating habits. It’s important to maintain a healthy balance and a healthy mind!
